Ian Grant’s Caravans (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect your personal information, and how you can access or correct it.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy applies to our website, iangrantscaravans.com.au, and to our dealership at 5357 Princes Hwy, Traralgon VIC 3844.

The personal information we collect

• Enquiry details — the caravan(s) you’re interested in and any message or information you provide through our website enquiry form, by phone, by email or in person.
• Purchase, finance and trade-in information — if you proceed with a purchase, finance application or trade-in, we may collect information such as your date of birth, identification and driver licence details, financial and employment details, and details of any vehicle or van you wish to trade in.
• Service and warranty information — van details, service history and warranty registration details.

We generally do not collect sensitive information. If we ever need to, we will seek your consent unless we are otherwise permitted by law to collect it.
